Hey, I’m Flick!

Hey there, lovers. I’m Felicity, better known as Flick, the owner and creative director behind Sisters In Co.

Ever since I can remember, I've had an insatiable love affair with weddings. I mean, who could resist the allure of love, flowers, and dancing, right?! High school was barely over when I had my sights set on a career filled with happily ever afters.

During my uni days, I somehow managed to work full-time at Luna Park Sydney as a wedding coordinator. Talk about a whirlwind, but I quickly realised I had a superpower for being able to thrive in the chaos and make shit happen.

I spent years working in hotels and venues, and then COVID hit. Forced to hit pause and take a breather, I realised it was time to chase after that childhood dream. That's when I decided to launch Sisters In Co, giving me the creative control I'd always craved. Let me tell you, it was the best leap of faith I've ever taken! Plus, I get to work alongside my best friend and twin sister, Brittany Laing, and my incredible sister-in-law, Bek from Betti Z Events, who's incredible with all things wedding stationery. 

Beyond all the wedding magic, I'm also a wife and Mum to two spirited boys. Balancing the demands of family life and work is a wild adventure, but I wouldn't have it any other way. When I'm not deep in the world of planning, styling, or crafting beautiful floral arrangements, you can catch me at the gym or enjoying time with my awesome friends and family.

We're cruising into our third year in business, and we've got some exciting surprises in store, including new faces and fresh ideas. Buckle up, because 2024 is going to be epic, and we can't wait to share it all with you!
